Standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. For an additional fee you can arrange an early arrival and use your room from as early as 12:00 noon.
Departure - Check-out
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. Subject to availability, you can arrange to keep your room until 1:00 p.m.
Pet-free accommodation
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets. This allows us to maintain a calm, allergen-free environment for all our guests.
Breakfast every day
We serve our generous breakfast buffet every day: on weekdays from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m., and at weekends from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 p.m.
For an extra charge it is possible to arrive earlier, usually from 12:00, 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. depending on the availability of the particular room. The price for early check-in depends on the chosen room and the current hotel capacity.
If you arrive earlier and your room is not yet ready, you can park your car with us and wait in the lobby, or set off on a trip. At the reception we will be happy to recommend where to go in Liberec and the surrounding area.
Standard check-out is by 10:30 a.m.
Subject to availability, the stay can be extended for an extra charge until 11:00 a.m., 12:00 or 1:00 p.m. The price for late check-out depends on the chosen room and the current hotel occupancy.
Unfortunately not. At the hotel we strive to maintain an environment suitable also for allergy sufferers, which is why we do not allow accommodation with pets.

By tram no. 3 you can reach the centre of Liberec without changing in approximately 15 minutes. At the reception we will be happy to advise you on the route and on buying tickets.
Yes. You can buy a gift voucher for accommodation, wellness, breakfast or a specific value online or at the reception.
The voucher can be issued for a specific service, room type or any amount, which the recipient can use according to their own choice.
Discounted gift vouchers with date restrictions cannot be used:
- on Fridays and Saturdays,
- during the spring, summer, autumn, mid-term and Christmas school holidays,
- on public holidays,
- on other exceptionally busy dates, if stated in the terms of the specific voucher.
Create your accommodation reservation via the hotel reservation system. Select the date, room and number of people. Enter the gift voucher code and complete the reservation.
If the voucher value is lower than the price of the stay, we will send you the payment details to pay the difference.
Once the voucher has been redeemed in the reservation, it may no longer be possible to change the date or cancel the reservation. It always depends on the specific terms | type of voucher.
