Give an unforgettable experience – a great breakfast, a stay in private wellness, or one of our amazing apartments. Choose from several options of GIFT VOUCHERS and add your personal message.
Immediately after payment, the voucher will be sent to you by e-mail, or we can send it by post. Personal pickup at the reception is, of course, possible. If you need to modify the voucher or issue a “custom” one, contact us by e-mail – we will arrange everything. Employer contributions (FKSP) can also be used for gift vouchers.
We have extensive experience with processing holiday contributions from FKSP funds, employers, or trade unions. We can issue an invoice immediately and send it by e-mail or post.

The easiest way to use benefit programs is to make a reservation with bank transfer as the payment method. In the note, please specify that you wish to use a benefit. We will process your reservation and contact you shortly to arrange the next steps and completion. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We are ready to assist you. Notice: when paying with benefits (Sodexo, Edenred, Benefit Plus, UP, Amazing Places vouchers), discounted offers (5% discount) cannot be applied. Reservations must always be made at the full base price.
If you have an Amazing Places gift voucher, you can make a reservation in two ways:
2. Directly via our RESERVATION SYSTEM. Select bank transfer as the payment method and include in the note that you want to use a gift voucher along with its code. We will assign the voucher and, if necessary, contact you regarding any balance. By using this option, you can save money and also book additional services that are not available through the Amazing Places portal.

| CANCELLATION INSURANCE |
|
Things don’t always go according to plan – that’s why we offer the option of cancellation insurance for your stay as well as wellness experiences. The insurance can be arranged within 48 hours of making your reservation via a simple form you will receive by email after booking. The insurance covers, for example, acute illness, injury, loss of employment, divorce proceedings, damage to your home, or a resit exam. Detailed conditions can be found in the documents below. Insurance cannot be arranged for stays paid with a gift voucher.

| GIFT VOUCHERS |
|
We offer gift vouchers for any value or specific service – accommodation, private wellness, massages, or breakfast. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be purchased in person at the reception or online via our website. Ordering is simple and fast – when purchasing online, you can pay by card, bank transfer, or in cash upon pickup. The electronic voucher will be delivered to your email within one minute, making it an ideal last-minute gift. Vouchers can be personalized with a dedication, and when picked up in person, we will print them free of charge and present them in a gift envelope. Payment is also possible via benefit cards and paper vouchers (Pluxee, Edenred, Benefit Plus, Up) – when collected at the reception.

Are you tired? Would you like to enjoy peace and privacy in your apartment or room? Don’t feel like going out to a restaurant but still want something good to eat?
For guests who prefer not to go to restaurants, we offer an original dining option via food delivery directly to the room. A menu from an excellent partner restaurant is available in the room, allowing guests to order independently according to the instructions provided. Food delivery is available daily until 22:00.

Families with children are always welcome at Fénix. We understand how important your children are, and we are happy to take care of them together with you. High chairs (IKEA plastic), children’s dishware, and essentials are available. For babies, apartments are equipped with a baby bathtub and changing mat. For older children, a potty and step stool are available. Children’s bedding with playful designs is standard. We are also happy to prepare a baby cot with mattress and bedding upon request.
The hotel is fully adapted for families with children of all ages. Toddlers, school-age children, and teenagers will all find something to enjoy – and thanks to our thoughtful concept, parents can spend quality time with their children while also enjoying moments of relaxation. Indoor children’s playroom A bright, glass-walled playroom with a direct view of the terrace offers dozens of modern, high-quality toys: building sets, a play kitchen, and toys for both boys and girls. Of course, there is also a TV with internet access, including Netflix and YouTube.

Magic Reading
Magic Reading is an activity for children using the interactive Albi pen with talking books and games. Explore the mysteries of the human body, guide children through fairy tales, discover the universe, or sing folk songs together. These books and games are full of dialogues, songs, and knowledge that help curious children develop. They also include quizzes of various difficulty levels to test newly acquired knowledge.
You won’t find self-service kiosks or anonymous technology replacing people here. Instead, you will find a reception with a human approach, available to you non-stop – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can contact the reception at any time in person, by phone from your room, or directly from the wellness area. Our team works with professionalism and enthusiasm – whether it’s practical advice or small details that make your stay a truly memorable experience. |

You don’t have to worry about anything – simply choose from our offer and we will prepare everything for you. You can arrange the order in person at the reception or discreetly via SMS.
