Civil Defence Shelter Liberec (approx. 3.5 km)
This is the largest public shelter in Liberec, located beneath Sokolovské náměstí. It was built to accommodate up to 1,500 people and to protect them from the effects of weapons of mass destruction. Guided tours of the shelter take place on the first Saturday of every month.
